Chamomile tea is a mild tranquiliser, it has been known to help unwind with relaxation and sleeping.  Containing a special compound called bisabolol, Chamomile tea can also help relax the muscular lining and to aid digestion and menstrual cramps. Stemless and fragrant, our Premium Chamomile Flowers are grown in Europe and are an ideal choice for a perfect cup of tea anytime of the day; particularly good after meal or before bed.
