Description

Butterfly Pea Flower is caffeine-free and high in antioxidants and anthocyanins.  It is known to be beneficial for hair strength and growth and is suggested to help with eye infections. Butterfly Pea Flower also has a calming effect on the brain and assists in the relief of depression and anxiety. It can be used in tea, beverages, and it tastes good with honey and lemon. To make Butterfly Pea Flower tea, use water at 60C and infuse for a few minutes. The anthocyanins in the flower will change the colour of the tea according to different acidity level and creates interesting visual impact. The tea will change from vivid blue to purple if citrus is added!
