Return Policy

• All products are non-refundable
  
• If an error has been made by TeAROMA with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, we will issue a return for exchange only for purchases made through the brand website - www.tearoma.com.hk.
• ONLY unused products with original packaging and receipts are entitled to returns for exchange. Your request must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date.
• Send your request of return for exchange to  cs@tearoma.com.hk, together with (1) transaction date, (2) your name and contact info, (3) the copy of your transaction receipt or proof of transaction and (4) reason for return for exchange for our follow-up.
• All returns must be sent to our office for assessment within 15 working days of the invoice date.  If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue an exchange. 
• No refunding of remaining amount is applicable if the good to be changed is of lower value of the original purchase.  You will need to cover the exceeded difference of the value between the exchange item and the original goods
